My dream wardrobe, week 1, 11-6-2020

Hello everyone and welcome back,

This week, a bit of a different concept already, because I've been figuring some things out. I've been thinking about my clothing a lot, and have finally decided where I would like to go with my style. That mainly means: different crafts, research and ofcourse, my clothing. I will be posting pictures here when I've finished something, but ofcourse you can follow everything on my Instagram page @this.jayden .

Alright, let's get into it.

Sadly, no pictures of finished objects or previous objects yet, in about a week I will be going back to my house and once I'm there I will have the time, place, and resources to take pictures and upload them. Although.... maybe next week there will be a photo of one finished object... if I get it done.

My works in progress are a lot. Last week after uploading I started a new sweater, which is almost finished by now. I've chosen to use a dusty old pink for my yarn. The pattern is "Woodsmoke"by Megh Testerman on ravelry. The link is right here: https://www.ravelry.com/patterns/library/woodsmoke-3

Furthermore, I have started a little baby sweater, designed by Jenny King, of which I found the pattern in a Dutch crochet magazine. No, I am not pregnant, I just like to be prepared and have a lot of stuff for my future baby. I've chosen for a mustard yellow colour.

I haven't worked on anything else if I'm honest, but that is okay. These are strange times because of lockdown and living in another house, so I'm okay with it.

Then, today, I've bought some things as well at my local yarn store. I bought a magazine about all sorts of crafts with fun patterns, so I'll be working out of that this summer. Also, I bought some 16 inch knitting needles for socks, some sock yarn and some 57 inch 5 mm needles for my sweaters. I'm excited to go on working and making some designs for my wardrobe to show you. Hopefully there will be some pictures soon.

Have a very nice day and enjoy your crafts!

Jayden
